We sure do love spending time outside. There are tons of parks around here and we love to go on bike rides on the trails. Aunt Holly sent up two big kites with Grandpa Winkler so the kids wanted to get out and try them out. The one below was a pain to put together - I think that is why we ended up with it actually ;)
We had a hard time getting it up and eventually gave up - but the kids ran around with it. It still looked cool.
The other kite - the dragon - was much easier to put together and it flew great. The kids had a great time at the park. Savannah and Gavin flew two other kites that they got from Gree-Gree's house during the summer.Just something fun to do after another school day!
